Brexit means Brexit. But what does it mean for the environment?

Johan Eliasch is a Swedish billionaire businessman, the CEO of Head N.V (a global sporting goods group) and a former special representative of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. A keen advocate of environmental causes, he created the Rainforest Trust in 2005 and purchased for preservation purposes a 400,000-acre rainforest area in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. He was also commissioned by Gordon Brown to undertake an independent review on the role of international finance mechanisms to preserve the global forests in tackling climate change.
